Are you a member and interested in switching products? It’s easy just follow these FIVE steps!
1. Click here to login to your online banking through your desktop computer, mobile, or tablet to get started.
2. Locate the graphic on the left hand side bar for the secret code and click to be directed to the WestobaONE Product Change Form.
3. Enter the code from the graphic to access the WestobaONE Product Change Form.
4. Fill out the form to change your current account to WestobaONE FREE Chequing Account and identify any additional features..
5. Once you’ve submitted the form, we will process your request and you will receive a confirmation email in 48 hours. If we have questions about your request a Westoba representative will be in touch!
Note: account changes will be effective the first business day of the next month.
